How it works

One flow, from the day you open registration to the moment the hall fills.

No printed lists, no typing names at the door, no guessing how many people are inside.

01

Sell the ticket

Attendees register and pay online, choosing the ticket type you set up.

02

Issue the QR

A unique, secure ticket reaches them by e-mail, and on iPhone, straight into Apple Wallet.

03

Scan at the gate

Any phone, tablet or USB scanner reads it. Paper, screen or Wallet, all the same.

04

Verify instantly

Confirmed, arrival time recorded, and a used ticket cannot enter twice.

05

Print the badge

The personalised badge prints automatically, in the design you made.

06

Watch it live

Attendance, arrival rate and every desk's status update as it happens.

Everything in one platform

Built by people who have stood at the door.

Every feature here exists because something went wrong at a real event and needed fixing before the next one.

Ticketing & checkout

Sell the ticket, and the ticket becomes the entry pass.

Registration and payment run on your own site. The moment an order is paid, the attendee record, the QR ticket and the confirmation e-mail are created without anyone touching a keyboard.

  • Ticket types and tiers — early bird, late, student, sponsored, workshops, full-track bundles.
  • Instant confirmation with the QR ticket attached, sent the second payment clears.
  • Every ticket is unique and carries a security token, so a forwarded screenshot cannot be reused.
  • Sold-out control per ticket type, so a workshop with 40 seats stops at 40.

Check-in scanner

Point, beep, next. The queue never stops moving.

Every phone your team owns is a check-in station. Plug a USB scanner into a laptop and that desk goes faster still.

  • Camera or hardware scanner — both work at the same desk, at the same time, with no setting to change.
  • Hands-free — the screen resets itself after every guest, so nobody taps between scans.
  • Duplicate protection — a ticket already used shows who it belongs to and when it entered.
  • Sound confirmation — staff hear success or failure without looking up from the guest.
  • Torch and front/rear camera for dark halls and desk-mounted tablets.

Live dashboard

Know how full the hall is without walking into it.

The question every organiser asks all morning is how many people are inside. The answer sits on your phone and updates itself.

  • Live attendance and check-in rate, refreshing on their own.
  • Busiest hour, so next year's staffing is a fact and not a memory.
  • A running feed of arrivals with name, ticket type and exact time.
  • System health — database, printer and camera are tested every 30 seconds, so a problem shows before it becomes a queue.

Badge Studio

Design the badge once. Every desk prints it identically.

Upload your artwork, drag the fields where you want them, pick the paper size and save. The layout reaches every station on its own, including a change you make an hour before the doors open.

  • Drag and drop name, organisation, ticket type, professional ID and the QR block.
  • Your sponsor artwork as the background, exactly as the printer expects it.
  • Six badge sizes plus custom, from lanyard cards to 4 × 6 inch.
  • Long names never break the layout — they shrink to fit instead of running off the card.
  • Test print at real dimensions before the first guest arrives.

Apple Wallet

The ticket lives on the lock screen, not in a lost e-mail.

Every iPhone guest can add their pass to Apple Wallet with one tap. It shows the event, date and venue, works with no signal, and surfaces automatically on the morning of the event.

  • No app to install. Wallet is already on every iPhone.
  • The same QR your desks already scan — one ticket, not two.
  • Your branding per conference — logo, colour, event name, date and venue.
  • Guests who prefer paper keep the PDF. Nothing is taken away.

Attendees, roles & privacy

Door staff admit guests without ever seeing their phone number.

You hire extra hands for event day. They need to scan tickets, not browse a database of doctors' contact details. Each account sees exactly what its job requires.

  • Four roles — administrator, operator, door staff and viewer.
  • Contact details never reach a door account — enforced in the database, not just hidden on screen.
  • Search by name, ticket or professional ID for the guest who arrives without their QR.
  • Check in and reprint by hand in one tap, for lost tickets and damaged badges.

Event day conditions

Crowded halls, borrowed devices, staff hired for the day.

The system is designed around what actually happens at an event, not around ideal conditions.

Installs like an app

Straight from the browser onto phones, tablets and laptops. No store, no IT rollout, no training week.

Many desks, one list

Five to ten stations read and write the same records, so a guest admitted at Gate A cannot enter again at Gate B.

Any printer

Whatever printer the venue has, including label and badge printers. Nothing proprietary to buy.

Data stays protected

Every account signs in individually, permissions are enforced at the database, and nothing is reachable without a login.

The record afterwards

Who attended, when they arrived, which sessions they bought. Exportable the moment the doors close.

Questions

What organisers ask before saying yes.

How long does setup take?

For an event using your existing registration site, a working setup takes days, not weeks. We connect the guest list, design the badge with you, prepare the devices and run a rehearsal before the doors open.

Do we need to buy hardware?

No. It runs on the phones and laptops your team already has, and prints to the printer the venue provides. If you want faster desks, an inexpensive USB 2D scanner works with no configuration.

Can staff we hire for the day see attendee data?

Only what admitting a guest requires: name, ticket type and professional ID. E-mail addresses and phone numbers never reach those accounts at all, and exporting is blocked for them.

Does it work in Arabic?

Yes. Arabic names print correctly on badges, guest lists import with Arabic column headers, and ticket pages and messages are sent in Arabic, English or both.

What happens to the data after the event?

It is yours. Export the full attendance record whenever you want. Each client's data sits in its own isolated database, never mixed with another organiser's.

Let's run your next door.

Send us your event and we will walk you through a live demonstration using your own guest list and your own badge design.
